HOMEVELVET
A custom online Learning Management System (LMS) for a Spanish-language hairstyling academy. Built with a mobile-first approach, complete with video streaming, quizzes, certificates, payments in both local Argentine currency and dollars, and an admin dashboard. As co-founder and technical lead, I made every product and technical decision platform-wide, while directing a multi-agent AI workflow with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

It takes a normal Claude instance from having zero context at the start of a chat, and needing everything explained, to having its own virtually unlimited memory, so it has full context before you explain anything. It's optimized to be as token efficient as possible while returning the highest-quality, most relevant results.

A Telegram bot paired with a headless Selenium automation that makes filing Argentine tax invoices about 3 times more efficient. 200 real invoices have been filed, stored, and analyzed to prevent over-filing, which can push you over your tax bracket. It includes logs, customizable amounts, and fail-safes in case something goes wrong.

Three Power Automate projects built for an internal engineering team's Microsoft Teams workflow. The first is a reusable flow that lists and reminds the team of their open, to-do and missing Azure DevOps work. The second is a sign-up system where people opt in to an event and show up by name and profile picture, instead of using emojis or "I'm in!" replies. The third is a reminder flow that sends you a message back after the time you choose.

It can take up to 3 hours of audio or video, with diarization running on the local machine, which makes it free, and transcription coming from OpenAI's Whisper model. Built freelance for a client, meant to replace a subscription transcription service.

A Windows tool that finds Instagram prospects, sends each a cold message, and logs every lead in a shared Google Sheets CRM. Built on commission for a paying client. Normally it would take the client a full day to get 30 leads by hand, but with AutoLead it produced 200+ working, useful leads in a few minutes. It comes with an easy-to-use control panel to change 16 settings, ranging from the Instagram accounts to which CRM stores the captured leads.

At a glance it shows whether the tide is rising or falling, an estimated current height and when the next tide comes, and tapping it opens graphs for today and tomorrow. It replaces hunting for today's row in a tide table, and it updates itself in the background.

An MCP server and Chrome extension that let Claude Desktop and Claude Code control a real, logged-in Chrome browser through 19 tools. Built in May 2026 as an experiment in giving Claude hands inside a browser to be able to control Claude Design. After testing it on a real design task, I went back to a simpler workflow.
